For cooperation terminated legally by us, follow-up refund and settlement procedures shall be handled in accordance with contractual provisions.

5. Logistics, Delivery and Risk Rules

We only provide logistics and delivery services to countries and regions confirmed as deliverable by both parties. Shipping fees and transit times vary by destination and logistics channel, subject to final contractual agreements and actual logistics execution.

All delivery times displayed on the website are estimated durations for reference only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment. We shall not be liable for any delays or losses caused by uncontrollable factors including customs inspection, international logistics congestion, extreme weather, public emergencies, policy adjustments and holiday suspensions.

All cross-border tariffs, value-added taxes, customs clearance fees, inspection charges and overdue fines incurred in the destination country shall be borne solely by the buyer. We shall not be responsible for reshipment, compensation or refunds if parcels are returned, invalidated, damaged or lost due to the buyer’s refusal of signature, failure to complete customs clearance or incomplete qualification documents.
